Welcome to Holland Farm Barns!

Located on a beautiful working farm with stunning panoramic views over the border between Devon & Cornwall. We sit on the edge of the River Tamar which is only a few minutes walk from the property!

Guests are guaranteed to enjoy our rural retreat for two & pets are more than welcome to stay for free.

Here at Holland Farm Barns, you will  find two Holiday lets with stunning views and complete amenities that will ensure your stay with us is as relaxing as possible!

The Cart Barn

'The Cart Barn' is a Grade II Listed traditional Devon stone building. Over 200 years old, it retains its charming original features while being newly converted in 2022 with modern amenities.

The Horse Box

A unique  rural glamping retreat with couples in mind. Complete with paved patio, Weber BBQ and a wood fired Scandinavian hot tub which is exclusively yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay.

You can open up the large glass rear doors to your private balcony with deck chairs, a great opportunity for some evening dining under the clear Devon night sky!
